Hai has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in land surveying, foundation inspections, and residential renovations. He has been responsible for project management and implementation of light commercial and residential development projects. He is especially skilled at historic residential renovations and design; his acumen in custom carpentry enabled him to develop repeat clientele in some of New Orleans' most historic homes. Hai owned and operated a residential construction company where his responsibilities included material take-off, scheduling, and financial management including the development of construction repair scopes, cost estimates, and invoice reviews. He has a proven track record of delivering preliminary and detailed renovation estimates, negotiating reconstruction scopes, and resolving complex projects under budget. Hai holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
